Return Eligibility
Items must be:
1. Unworn and unused
2. In original packaging with tags attached
3. Returned within 30 days of delivery
Return Procedure
1. Contact customer service (support@rogaafrica.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
2. Ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the RMA.
3. Receive a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs).
Refunds
Refunds are processed:
1. Within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
2. In the original payment method
Exceptions
1. Final sale items are non-returnable.
2. Custom orders are non-refundable.
