At Roga Africa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Abuja orders: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Interstate & International orders: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, custom-sized, or altered items.

Items purchased in specific colours chosen by the customer.

Ready-to-wear items (sold as-is).

Items returned used, stained, damaged, without tags, or without original packaging.
Return Process

Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

All returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

Free from stains or damage

With tags intact

In original packaging

Customers must use trackable shipping for all returns.
Exchanges & Amendments

No colour exchanges.

If an issue results from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. measurements), amendment fees will apply and delivery costs will be borne by the customer.
Refund Timeline

Local orders: 48–72 hours after approval
-
International orders: 3–5 working days after approval
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
