Refund policy

At Roga Africa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
  • Abuja orders: Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Interstate & International orders: Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Returns or refunds are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Custom-made, custom-sized, or altered items.

  • Items purchased in specific colours chosen by the customer.

  • Ready-to-wear items (sold as-is).

  • Items returned used, stained, damaged, without tags, or without original packaging.

Return Process
  • Once a return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.

  • All returned items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • Free from stains or damage

    • With tags intact

    • In original packaging

  • Customers must use trackable shipping for all returns.

Exchanges & Amendments
  • No colour exchanges.

  • If an issue results from incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g. measurements), amendment fees will apply and delivery costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Timeline
  • Local orders: 48–72 hours after approval

  • International orders: 3–5 working days after approval

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method where possible.
