Shipping policy

This policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered at Roga Africa.

Order Processing

  • All items are custom-made unless stated otherwise.

  • Production timeline: 2–5 working days, excluding delivery time.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on courier rates and destination.

Local Delivery

  • Abuja: 1–2 working days

Interstate Delivery

  • Lagos (Standard – Untrackable, Saturdays only): 3–5 working days

  • Other States (DHL Express – Trackable): 1–3 working days

International Delivery

  • DHL Express (Worldwide – Trackable): 5–7 working days

Customs & Duties

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific charges.

  • Roga Africa is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Issues

  • Once tracking information is provided, we are not liable for courier delays, loss, or theft but will assist with follow-ups.

  • Failed delivery attempts due to unreachable customers may attract redelivery fees.

  • Refused deliveries will incur return charges. Store credit will be issued minus shipping costs.

Pickup Option

  • Pickup is available at our Abuja office upon confirmation.
