Welcome to Roga Africa. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Working Hours

  • In-Store: Monday – Friday | 09:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Online Support: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Orders & Production

  • All products are custom-made unless stated otherwise.

  • Production time is 2-7 working days.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.

  • Design adjustments are subject to confirmation and feasibility.

  • Fabric colours or textures may vary slightly due to restocks or lighting.

  • Orders may be stockpiled for up to 2 months; beyond this period, we are not responsible for stored items.

Sizing & Measurements

  • Customers are responsible for confirming their correct size using our size guide.

  • Incorrect measurements provided by customers may result in fitting issues, for which we are not liable.

  • Customers may visit our store for measurements where applicable.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed on product pages and are VAT inclusive (7.5%).

  • Full payment is required before order processing.

  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and approved international payment platforms.

  • We are a tax-compliant business and remit taxes accordingly.

Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer information is collected solely for order processing and service delivery.

  • Data is securely stored and shared only with delivery partners when necessary.

  • No sensitive payment information is stored.

  • Customers may request data updates or deletion by contacting support.

  • Customer reviews may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.
Intellectual Property

  • All designs, images, logos, and brand assets are the exclusive property of Roga Africa

  • Unauthorized reproduction or use of brand materials is strictly prohibited.

  • Collaboration or licensing requests must be formally approved.
